Section 7:22-4.33 - Force account work(a) A recipient must secure the Trust's prior written approval for use of force account work for construction, construction-related activities or for repairs or improvements to a facility where costs exceed $ 25,000.(b) The recipient shall demonstrate that: 1. The work can be accomplished cost effectively by the use of force account; or2. Emergency circumstances necessitate its use. N.J. Admin. Code § 7:22-4.33
