Section 7:22-3.34 - Planning and design

The actual costs associated with the planning and design of environmental infrastructure facilities are allowable for reimbursement from the Fund or the Fund may provide an allowance to assist in defraying the planning and design costs to a project as a percentage of the allowable building cost in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:22-5.12. Projects which have received financial assistance through a Federal grant, Pinelands Infrastructure Trust funding, the Sewage Infrastructure Improvement Act, or the Safe Drinking Water Act for costs associated with any portion of the project scope or for costs to address the project need, will not be eligible to receive reimbursement for actual costs incurred or an allowance for planning and/or design as appropriate in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:22-5.12. Planning and/or design costs are not allowable costs under a post-construction supplemental Fund loan to address differing site conditions.
