Section 7:2-2.1 - Purpose/powers(a) The rules of the State Park Service are essential for the protection of the natural and historical resources and improvements thereon and for the safety, protection and general welfare of visitors and personnel on properties under the jurisdiction of the State Park Service.(b) Failure or refusal by any visitor to obey the provisions of this chapter or any other applicable State law shall be sufficient cause for removal and/or prosecution by duly authorized personnel of the State Park Service.N.J.
