Section 7:1K-5.2 - Optional submittal of Pollution Prevention Process-Level Data Worksheet with the Pollution Prevention Plan Summary

An owner or operator of a priority industrial facility may submit Pollution Prevention Process-Level Data Worksheet(s), as set forth at 7:1K-4.9, with the Pollution Prevention Plan Summary. In a worksheet for each process at the facility, base year data would be recorded.
