Section 7:1K-3.8 - Annual Pollution Prevention Plan updates

The owner or operator of a priority industrial facility is required to annually update the information required to be recorded in Part IB of a Pollution Prevention Plan pursuant to 7:1K-3.1 and 4.3(c).
