Section 7:1K-12.10 - Records of assessments(a) In order to promote consistency in the application of this subchapter, the Department shall collect and maintain a record of each assessment made pursuant to this subchapter. Such record shall be a public record and shall be kept available for public inspection pursuant to 47:1A-1 et seq.(b) The record shall, at a minimum, include a copy of each notice and all final orders issued pursuant to 7:1K-12.2, and the terms of any compromise agreed to pursuant to 7:1K-12.4.N.J. Admin. Code § 7:1K-12.10
