Section 7:1K-10.5 - Notice to claimants of disclosure of confidential information or assertedly confidential information

(a) Promptly after the Department discloses confidential information or assertedly confidential information pursuant to 7:1K-10.1 through 10.4, the Department shall notify any claimant from whom the Department has obtained the information of the disclosure. Such notice shall be in writing, and shall contain the following information:

1. The date on which disclosure was made;

2. The name of the agency or other person to which the Department disclosed the information; and

3. A description of the information disclosed.
