Section 7:1K-1.4 - Relationship of Community Right-to-Know Reporting to Pollution Prevention Reporting

The Department may combine the reporting elements of this chapter with those required for Community Right-to-Know reporting pursuant to 34:5A-1 et seq. in order to allow a priority industrial facility to submit a combined reporting form to satisfy the requirements of N.J.A.C. 7:1G and 7:1K.
