Section 7:1G-7.5 - Alternative remedies

Neither the issuance of an Administrative Order and Notice of Civil Administrative Penalty Assessment nor the payment of any such penalty shall be deemed to affect the availability to the Department of any enforcement provision provided for by 34:5A-31, or any other statute, in connection with the violation for which the assessment is levied.
