Section 7:1G-1.1 - Scope

Unless otherwise provided by rule or statute, this chapter shall constitute the rules of the Department implementing the Worker and Community Right to Know Act, P.L. 1983 c.315, N.J.S.A. 34:5A-1 et seq.
