The categories of records in 7:1D-3.2, Records not subject to disclosure, is in addition to protections that are contained in the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:14A-1 et seq., any applicable statute, resolution of one or both houses of the Legislature, regulation, Executive Order of the Governor, court order, or subject area-specific protection in Title 7, Department of Environmental Protection, of the New Jersey Administrative Code.
