Section 7:1C-9.4 - Violation of permit conditions

(a) Any violation of the conditions imposed pursuant to this chapter shall, as applicable, be considered non-minor violations or aggravating circumstances, or the equivalent, under any other Department rules applicable to the facility.

(b) Any violation of the conditions imposed pursuant to this chapter shall constitute grounds for suspension or revocation, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 13:1B-3 and 13:1D, or the underlying permitting authorities of any Department-issued permits.
