Section 7:1A-7.3 - Eligibility and criteria (Type B Loans)

For Type B Funding, any municipality, municipally owned public water system or privately owned public water system, including subdivisions or agencies thereof, may be eligible to apply for one loan in any application period. The maximum loan amount awarded to any municipality, municipally owned public water system or privately owned public water system under any application for Type B Funding shall be $ 3,000,000. Eligibility and criteria for Type B Funding shall be as set forth at 7:1A-5.1(a) through (e).
