Section 7:19-8.1 - Scope and authority

This subchapter constitutes the rules governing the establishment of and management of water allocations within areas of critical water supply concern pursuant to P.L. 1993, c. 202, of the Water Supply Management Act ( 58:1A-1 et seq.).
