Section 7:19-4.10 - Appeal procedure

Any party aggrieved by the Department's determination of its excess diversion fee may appeal the determination by submitting a letter requesting an adjudicatory hearing, pursuant to 7:19-2.13, to the Department before March 20 or 30 days after receipt of the bill whichever is later.
