Section 7:19-4.1 - Scope and authority

This subchapter shall constitute the Department's procedural rules for determining, assessing and collecting the payments required by 58:2-1 et seq. for the diversion of waters of streams or lakes for the purpose of public water supply and the procedures for payment for subsurface, well or percolating water supplies obtained by use of the State's right of eminent domain.
