Section 7:19-3.1 - Scope and authority

(a) This subchapter shall constitute the rules governing the establishment of a water supply allocation permit fee schedule, as mandated by Section 11 of the Water Supply Management Act, 58:1A-1 et seq.

(b) This subchapter also establishes fees applicable to the issuance of water use registrations.
