Section 7:19-2.6 - Opportunity to review application by interested parties

Once the Department determines that an application is administratively complete in accordance with 7:19-2.5(a), the application may be reviewed in person at the Department by any interested parties and copies may be obtained from the Department upon payment of the fee for duplication prescribed by law.
