Section 7:19-2.10 - Decision making(a) The decision maker shall review the staff recommendation and addendum, if any, and the Hearing Officer's Report and set forth in the Decision Maker's Statement the decision to issue a permit or deny the application. If the decision is to issue a permit, the Decision Maker's Statement shall include any conditions to be attached to the permit.(b) The decision maker may review any other documents submitted during the review process and will use his or her professional judgment when making a decision.(c) The permit shall be issued or denied after the Decision Maker's Statement has been issued and all applicable fees have been paid.N.J.
