Section 7:19-13.2 - Agricultural activities

Pursuant to the "Agriculture Retention and Development Act", P.L. 1983, c.32 agricultural activities on land in a municipally-approved program shall be exempt from this subchapter unless the Governor declares that the public safety and welfare require otherwise.
