Section 7:19-10.3 - Requirements placed on departments and agencies within State government

After a determination by the Commissioner and after notice to the appropriate State government body, agency, department, said body, agency, or department shall provide immediately, any information, assistance, resources and personnel as shall be necessary for the Commissioner to discharge his or her functions and responsibilities under the Act or this subchapter.
