The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth the rules governing grants from the Watershed Management Fund to assist watershed management groups in the funding of watershed management activities in accordance with the Watershed Protection and Management Act of 1997, 58:29-1 et seq. This subchapter establishes policies and procedures for the award and distribution of Watershed Management Fund monies.
