Section 7:14A-4.7 - Additional application requirements for Discharges to Ground Water

In addition to the requirements of 7:14A-4.2 and 4.3, an applicant for a NJPDES-DGW permit shall submit the information required in N.J.A.C. 7:14A-7, 8, 9 and 10.
