Section 5:47-4.6 - Submission of project in conjunction with submission of an application by a business entity

A project may be submitted in conjunction with an application by a business entity submitted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:47-6, in which case the nonprofit organization's project application shall reference the business application, and provide appropriate documentation that the business entity has committed to provide assistance for the project.
