Section 5:37-10.4 - Audit of a self-administered plan

If the plan is self-administered, the employer shall conduct an audit of all plan funds. The audit shall be performed pursuant to 40A:5-4 or 40A:5A-15. A copy of each audit report shall be transmitted to the Director in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:37-10.2.
