Section 5:26-10.4 - Approval of advertising

(a) Prior to the developer using any advertising for nonbinding reservations, it shall be submitted to the Agency for review, and shall be reviewed by the Agency within 30 days.

(b) Upon the affirmative determination of the Agency that the advertising material meets the requirements of N.J.A.C. 5:26-5 and 5:26-10.3, the Agency shall notify the developer of such determination.
