Section 5:101-2.6 - Eligible properties: emergency intervention grants(a) At the time of the Trust's receipt of the application for funding, the property for which the application is submitted must be owned in fee simple by the applicant; if not owned in fee simple, the applicant shall submit proof of consent and signature of the property owner as part of the application. In addition, the property must be:1. Listed individually in the National or New Jersey Register of Historic Places as set forth at N.J.A.C. 7:4;2. Located within a historic district listed in the National or New Jersey Register of Historic Places and identified in the nomination of the district as contributing to its significance;3. Certified by the State Historic Preservation Officer that the property, structure, facility, site, or district is approved for listing or meets the criteria for listing in the New Jersey Register of Historic Places as set forth at N.J.A.C. 7:4; or4. Eligible for listing in the New Jersey Register of Historic Places by demonstrating that it meets the criteria for listing as set forth at N.J.A.C. 7:4.N.J. Admin. Code § 5:101-2.6
