Section 5:100-3.9 - Termination

Grantees which fail to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the grant contract will be terminated at the discretion of the Trust. Terminated projects will have 30 days from the date of notification of termination to come into compliance with the grant contract's obligations or the grant will lapse.
