Section 3A:10-7.7 - Use of findings

(a) A Department employee shall disclose only substantiated findings for a Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) check.

(b) Only unfounded findings shall be eligible for expunction pursuant to N.J.A.C. 3A:10-8.
