The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Capital stock association" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in 17:12B-244.
"Capital stock savings bank" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in 17:9A-8.1.
"Mutual savings bank" means any savings bank organized pursuant to 17:9A-1 et seq. without capital stock.
"Savings bank" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in 17:9A-1.
"State association" and "mutual association" shall have the meanings ascribed to those terms in 17:12B-5.
