(a) Any requests for flood hazard certification or variances and appeals shall be submitted to the NJSEA and accompanied by such fee as set forth in N.J.A.C. 19:4-11.2.(b) Any requests for copies of the regulations, study, or maps submitted to the NJSEA shall be accompanied by a copying fee as specified in N.J.S.A. 46:1A-1et seq.N.J. Admin. Code § 19:4-9.6
