Section 19:4-5.115 - Sports and Exposition zone; land exemptions

Any land acquired by the NJSEA and subject to its jurisdiction under N.J.S.A. 5:10-1 through 26 shall be exempt from N.J.A.C. 19:3, 19:4, 19:5, 19:6, and 19:7.
