Section 19:3-5.12 - Deviations from redevelopment plan

(a) Requests for a deviation from the bulk requirements or design standards shall be processed as a variance application in accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:4-4.1 4.

(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.A.C. 19:3-5.1 4, requests for a deviation from the permitted uses specified in a redevelopment plan shall require an amendment to the redevelopment plan in accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:3-5.1 5.
