Section 18:38-8.1 - Revenues deposited in the Clean Communities Program Fund

Litter control fee revenues, and penalties and interest derived from the imposition of the litter control fee, will be deposited in the Clean Communities Program Fund, a non-lapsing, revolving fund in the Department of the Treasury administered by the Department of Environmental Protection.
