Section 17:6-15.6 - Plan Administrator may delegate or contract(a) To the extent permitted by the enabling statute or other State law, the Plan Administrator may, except when expressly prohibited by this Program, delegate any of his or her duties to any DSP or employer as appropriate.(b) The Plan Administrator may contract with any person to provide services to assist in the administration of the Program. The Plan Administrator must make such contracts in compliance with the enabling statute and other applicable State and local law.(c) Any person other than the Plan Administrator who performs services regarding the Program, including, but not limited to, a DSP, is subject to the supervision and direction of the Plan Administrator, and does not have authority to control the operation of the Program.
