Section 17:40-1.2 - Construction

This chapter shall be liberally construed to permit the Council, the Alliance, LACADAs, County Alliance Steering Subcommittees and Municipal Alliance Committees to discharge their Statutory functions under N.J.S.A. 26:2BB-1 et seq. and 26:2B-32 et seq.
