Any document which may be filed with the Treasurer, via the Filing Office pursuant to 14A:1-1et seq. may be submitted for preclearance. These documents include, but are not limited to: Certificates of Incorporation; Amendments; Abandonments; Mergers; Restated Certificates; Terminations; Dissolutions; Revocation of Dissolutions; Corrections; Foreign Qualifications; Foreign Withdrawals; Foreign Amendments; Change of Agents and/or Office; Reservations; Registrations; or Alternate Name Registrations. There is no requirement, however, that a document be precleared prior to submission for filing.
