Section 17:30A-8.3 - Surrender of ATC identification cards

(a) The alternative treatment center shall surrender to the permitting authority the ATC identification card of any principal officer, director, board member, or employee who is no longer eligible to validly use or possess the card for any reason.

(b) The alternative treatment center shall document the reason the person is no long eligible to validly use or possess the card in the alternative treatment center's personnel files and shall submit a copy of the documentation to the permitting authority.
