Section 17:30A-13.1 - Monitoring

The Commission may request information from physicians, ATCs, registered qualifying patients, primary caregivers, the parents, guardians or custodians of registered qualifying patients who are minors in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of N.J.S.A. 24:6I-1et seq.
