Section 17:19-4.7 - Disqualification of a firm(s) or an individual(s)

The disqualification of a firm or an individual shall be based upon the DPMC's re-evaluation of the responsibility of a classified or prequalified firm or the individual based upon information not provided at the time that classification or prequalification was originally granted, as determined by the factors set forth in 17:19-2.4or 3.3.
