The Treasurer of the State of New Jersey shall undertake an annual review of the operation of the small business programs governed by this chapter and report to the Governor on the need for continuation or modification of the small business programs contained in this chapter. This report shall be based upon the reports submitted to the Division and the State Treasurer and any other information deemed appropriate. The report will include performance data on compliance and deficiencies for each contracting agency and be publicly distributed as deemed appropriate.
