Section 17:14-5.1 - Planning and reporting
(a) All agencies shall develop a plan for the coming fiscal year to comply with the programs established by this chapter.
(b) Annually, within 180 calendar days of the end of each State fiscal year, the agency shall file with the Unit, a report containing the following information:
1. The total number of all contracts awarded to disabled veteran-owned businesses, including a separate listing of set-aside contracts, and the percentage of the procurements by the agency;
2. The types and sizes of businesses receiving set-aside awards and the nature of the purchases and contracts; and
3. The efforts made to publicize the program.
(c) The Unit shall receive and analyze agency reports and submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature showing progress made toward the objectives of N.J.S.A. 52:32-31.1et seq. ( P.L. 2015, c. 116 ), during the preceding fiscal year.
