Section 13:92-5.4 - Electronic Monitoring Programs(a) A detention facility may administer an electronic monitoring program, meaning a program in which designated juveniles live in the community and are monitored by electronic monitoring devices. In such case, the facility shall submit an Electronic Monitoring Procedures Manual to the Commission that: 1. Identifies the program's target population; and2. Sets forth standards and procedures for both initial placement in and removal from the program.(b) On or before January 10th of each year, a detention facility shall submit a report to the Commission identifying any significant changes to its Electronic Monitoring Procedures Manual.N.J.
