Section 13:92-11.2 - Child care workers

(a) Child care workers shall plan, supervise, and participate in all of the juvenile's activities in daily living, including work and recreation.

(b) The child care worker shall meet the minimum qualifications required by the New Jersey Department of Personnel for the position.
