Section 13:90A-4.1 - Reporting loss of funds(a) Any loss of funds at a facility shall be reported immediately to the Superintendent or designee, who shall then report the loss to the Office of Investigations.(b) The Office of Investigations shall have primary responsibility for investigating any such loss of funds and shall be the Commission's liaison with outside law enforcement agencies.
