Section 13:85-5.6 - Medical emergencies(a) For all MSE classes, each provider, prior to the start of the training year, shall: 1. Establish written procedures for dealing with medical emergencies that arise during a class, which shall be posted in a prominent place at the location and included in each rider coach's guidebook;2. Ensure that at least one person who is certified in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is at the location whenever a class is in session; and3. Provide the Chief Administrator with a copy of the procedures and the names of the persons who are so certified with the schedule filed pursuant to 13:85-5.1(h)2.N.J. Admin. Code § 13:85-5.6
