Substituted "Chief Administrator" for "Director" throughout; in the introductory paragraph of (a), substituted "MSF MRC:RSS" for "MSF-MRC:RSS", "Intermediate Level" for "intermediate", "N.J.A.C. 13:85-5.1(j)" for "N.J.A.C. 13:85-5.2" and "curriculum" for "curricula" and inserted the fourth and fifth sentences and rewrote (a)2; in (b), substituted "where" for "when" and "Chief Administrator's" for "Director's" and deleted the last sentence; and deleted (c).
Repealed by R.2009 d.251, effective 8/17/2009.
