Section 13:85-5.14 - Promotion of groups and associations

The provider shall not require that a participant join any organization, club, association, or other group as a requirement for enrollment in or successful completion of the MSE course and shall not permit solicitations for memberships in such prior to the issuance of course completion documents and the dismissal of the class.
