Section 13:85-2.5 - Additional Practice Riding Course

(a) To participate in the Additional Practice Riding Course, a person shall:

1. Have in his or her possession during each day of course instruction and available for display a motorcycle permit, license, or endorsement issued to the participant by the Motor Vehicle Commission that is not suspended, revoked, or expired;

2. Wear the protective gear required by 13:85-2.2(a); and

3. Meet such other requirements as the Chief Administrator may establish for participation in the particular course.
