Section 13:82-8.6 - Duplicate registration certificates

(a) The fee for the issuance of a duplicate registration certificate for a vessel shall be $ 5.00.

(b) The fee for new registration certificates in transfer of ownership shall be in accordance with the annual fees established by N.J.S.A. 12:7-34.4 7.
